Success Helping Hands for Africa Initiatives (SHHAI) is a reputable regional and national Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with over 20 years of committed service across Africa. Our mission is to empower marginalized communities through sustainable development programs, skills acquisition, and social support initiatives.
Recent Development:
In our ongoing efforts to foster youth and community empowerment, SHHAI in 2008 has established SHHAI Technical and Vocational College (STVC). This institution is dedicated to providing accessible technical and vocational education to youth and elders who are unable to pursue formal university education.
STVC Profile:
Name: SHHAI Technical and Vocational College (STVC)
Purpose: To equip learners with practical skills and knowledge in various disciplines, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial potential.
Programs Offered: Nationally recognized qualifications including OND (Ordinary National Diploma) and HND (Higher National Diploma) across multiple disciplines.
Objective: To bridge the skills gap, reduce youth unemployment, and foster socio-economic development within our communities.

OND and HND Diplomas From SHHAI Technical and Vocational College.
Aims Of The Programme:
Our various OND and HND programmes are designed to provide students with comprehensive skills and competencies in their chosen disciplines, which are central to industry operations. The programme aims to produce a high-caliber workforce, equip students with relevant professional skills and competencies, and offer opportunities for career advancement and further academic progress.
Students’ Admission:
Entry Requirements:
For SSSCE Candidates
i. Six (6) Passes (A- D) in all subjects, including English and Mathematics.
ii. For areas of specialization, three (3) of the passes must be in relevant subjects.
B.WASSCE Holders Six (6) Passes (A1- D7) in all subjects.
For Mature Students:
(I) The applicant must be at least 25 years old, and show proof of age with birth certificate or any legitimate documentary proof of date of birth which is at least 5 years old at the time of application;
(ii) For admission into the institution, applicants must pass the Mature Students oral and written interview organized by us here at SHHAI Technical and Vocational College. (STVC)
